TAA refers to the Trade Agreement Act (19 U.S.C. §§2501-2581), which aims to promote fair and open international trade. It requires the US government to purchase products from those countries support fair and open international trade. The contractors must prove their final product meet the standard requirements. The production location must also compliant to the country list of bill TAA.
